During sleeptime our, systems can enter the realms of dreams. This is a place with less boundaries and an excellent place for healing, growth, regulation and inspiration.
During this workshop, you will learn how you can start with deliberate dream work. This will help you to recharge at night while you explore your connection with this beautiful and powerful realm and reconnect with its healing powers.

Body work
Your body is your connection to this life and the world around you. Thanks to your body you can taste, feel, enjoy and survive. Your emotions, your thoughts, ideas and energy flow through your body.
During our 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, your body gets space to communicate about what it needs and to move and express your inner world. This improves your flow, grounding, energy management and health. And it feels fantastic! You don't have to be able to dance, in fact if you sometimes feel stuck in your body or feeling, this is a very nice way to start. Every body has its own pace and way to regulate the flow.

During this workshop you will learn more about the healing capabilities and qualities of your own systems. We work with music, bodywork, meditation and energywork. All so you can reconnect with the power and messages behind your copingmechanisms, paradigms and (trauma) responses.
You learn how to integrate this into your daily life in a gentle and transforming way.

Rooted in magic
We are all connected to our own magic. In our daily life, a lot of us forgot or were never taught how to tap into this stream that still flows trough you blood an DNA. It may resonate, or even gets activated when you listen to music, dream about mystical realms and creatures or when you get inspired by indigenous rituals or ancient art.
